Teaching Writing : Structure and Style. This is the basic dvd series by Andrew Pudewa director of Institute for Excellence in Writing. It is a two-day intense seminar training parents and teachers to use the IEW materials.
High School Essay Intensive. This dvd series presented by Andrew Pudewa covers tools and tips for tackling the SAT essay exam and strategies for writing the college application essay. It is a one day workshop for students, parents, and teachers. During the workshop participants will write two full SAT essays and work on a college application essay. Included in the workshop are handouts and guidelines for continued practice at home for the SAT.
Speech Boot Camp. Geared for students in grades 6-12, this fast paced course is presented on dvd by Andrew Pudewa. It can be offered in a four-day intensive series or a nine-week course. Students learn the basics of writing, and will put those basics to practice by delivering several speeches during the course.
